Cool Guys called upon Synapsys Digital services in January 2022 to assist them in generating leads. The company needed to find a way to improve the lead volume and lead quality by using Google Search Ads and Facebook Ads platform.

Our main goal was to generate brand exposure & traffic mainly through paid campaigns. To achieve that goal, we used the following strategy content-wise:
- Google Search: Search Ads is the straightforward approach to reach out to highly intent based audience. Indeed, users actively search for things they are looking for in this network, which indicates this platform is filled with quality demands. The goal here was to ensure direct or generic intent users will become quality leads. We performed A/B testing into 3 different categories: Branded, Generic, Competitive keywords.
- Facebook Ads: the goal was to reach out to audiences that are had a potential become leads. We tried 2 approaches: to improve client’s brand exposure & awareness by bringing traffic to their website, and facilitating the conversion by bringing traffic to WhatsApp click.
